We are independent
Miles vs Cashback is an independent publisher. We are not owned by a bank, an issuer or a comparison platform. Some of our links are affiliate links — if you apply for a card through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That commission never decides which cards we cover, how we rank them, or what we say about them. When a card is bad value, we will say so, affiliate link or not.
The two-source rule
Every load-bearing fact — an annual fee, a miles-per-dollar rate, a sign-up bonus, a promotion end date — must be corroborated against at least two independent, reputable sources before we publish it. We prioritise the issuer’s own official pages and terms, supported by established Singapore finance publications. If two sources disagree, we either resolve the conflict at the source or we hold the claim.
We date everything
Card terms in Singapore change constantly — fees get revised, bonuses expire, earn rates are cut. So every guide shows when it was first published and when it was last reviewed, and we never fabricate a freshness date to look more current than we are. A dated figure you can re-check beats an undated one you have to trust blindly.
This is information, not advice
Everything on Miles vs Cashback is general information. It does not take your personal circumstances into account and it is not financial advice. Before you apply for any card or make a money decision, confirm the current terms directly with the bank and consider whether the product suits your situation.

We would rather hear it from you than leave it live. If a figure looks off or out of date, email us at hello@milesvscashback.com and we will check it against the source and correct it.
